Kenya, October 22nd. – November 3rd. 2026

We will once again be traveling to the lovely country of Kenya, Africa. We will be serving with veteran missionary Robert Mickey and the wonderful people of Grace Baptist Church Nakuru. The people of Grace Baptist Church are a great blessing. Anyone who has served alongside of them on prior trips, has been impressed with their friendship and comradery.

We will be serving in the Turkana areas and also serving in the world’s 2nd largest permanent refugee camp. We anticipate a great need for both medicine and eyeglasses in this area, so both medical and non- medical volunteers are needed. This trip requires some travel in domestic airlines and vans and possibly dealing with muddy clinic sites.

Medical volunteers, please send us your credentials as early as possible.

Trip share: $5500.00 and needs to be in the Chattanooga office before August 25, 2026.

CLOSED FOR NEW APPLICANTS

Guyana, South America

Guyana is a land of tropical climate, friendly people, and a charming Caribbean culture style. We will be serving with a local church and national pastor that are well known to us. The effective group of soul winners from this church, have given us very productive trips in the past.  Since Guyana is an English language country, this trip promises a great cultural exchange opportunity.  Few trips provide such an opportunity to understand and know the citizens of the country.

While we need medical volunteers, we have always seen a greater need in Guyana for eyeglasses than for medicine. We hope to have a good eye glass clinic and non-medical volunteers are needed for this. This would be a great opportunity for medical volunteers to travel with non-medical family members, as well as for teens or church mission teams.

This will not be a physically demanding trip; however, temperatures may be high during the day and we may see some rough roads.

Ghana, West Africa

Once again, we will be serving with a highly motivated group of churches and national pastors, who have grown and expanded on their own. This has always been an exciting and rewarding trip and one that will make lasting memories. Our friendly crew of national translators and soul winners will quickly become your long distant friends.

We will be traveling to the somewhat remote upper northwest region of Ghana, working in and around the city of Wa. Improvements in transportation have eliminated the 16-hour drive that was previously associated with this area. The people we will encounter are friendly and kind and many of them speak or understand some English. Some of the areas where we will be serving are remote villages where health needs, including eyeglasses are great. Conditions will be hot and dusty, daily travel may involve short stints on rough roads, but the trip is not physically demanding.
